The Mediven® Plus AGT is a thigh-high stocking with a hip band used when compression is needed on only one leg. This stocking is developed for the treatment of venous disorders and edema up to the thigh. Thanks to the firm and stable pressure distribution, the stocking supports fluid drainage, helps reduce swelling, and relieves symptoms such as heavy, painful, or tense legs. The robust quality of the Plus series makes this variant very suitable for daily and intensive therapeutic use.
Material features
The Mediven® Plus AGT is made of a sturdy, opaque, and wear-resistant knit that offers long-lasting compression stability. The stocking has a reinforced heel and foot section for extra durability. The hip band keeps the stocking firmly in place without slipping down, while also providing a comfortable fit around the hip. The material is breathable, skin-friendly, and certified according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

product images. This provides you with an indication of the
various dimensions.
Despite this information, you are advised to determine your size in consultation with your attending physician.
Please take into account the advice to order two different sizes. It is recommended to order one garment in your size and one smaller than your current size. This is because you will swell immediately after the treatment, causing your ready-made size to increase. During the healing process, the fluid decreases, causing your size to reduce.
The worn clothing will then be too loose, resulting in less compression. This reduces the effectiveness. By wearing a smaller garment at that time, you will again benefit from compression in the correct areas.
