The Mediven® Forte AG thigh-high stocking is developed for the treatment of more severe venous disorders and edema up to the thigh. Thanks to the powerful and very stable pressure distribution, this stocking supports fluid drainage, helps reduce swelling, and relieves symptoms such as heavy, painful, or tense legs. The Forte series is known for its exceptional firmness and is particularly suitable for intensive therapeutic use.
Material features
The Mediven® Forte is made from an extremely robust, opaque, and durable knit that provides high and lasting compression stability. The stocking has a firm structure over the entire leg and a soft yet stable thigh band, which depending on the version can consist of a knit band or a silicone top band. The material is breathable, skin-friendly, and certified according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, making the stocking comfortable to wear even for extended periods.

With each product, you will find a size chart in the product description and alongside the
product images. This provides you with an indication of the
various dimensions.
Despite this information, you are advised to determine your size in consultation with your attending physician.
Please take into account the advice to order two different sizes. It is recommended to order one garment in your size and one smaller than your current size. This is because you will swell immediately after the treatment, causing your ready-made size to increase. During the healing process, the fluid decreases, causing your size to reduce.
The worn clothing will then be too loose, resulting in less compression. This reduces the effectiveness. By wearing a smaller garment at that time, you will again benefit from compression in the correct areas.
For orders from the Netherlands and Belgium, our standard range has a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days.
