The Marena lipoedema tights LGLFW with FlexFit Comfort Ankle™ provide optimal compression levels to help reduce pain and inflammation during the recovery process. The unique FlexFit Comfort Ankle™ design, for which a patent is pending, consists of two sliding panels that follow the natural movement of the ankle, preventing tightening, binding, and pain.

Side zippers and lined hook-and-eye fastenings make putting on and taking off easier. Reinforced stitching ensures strength and durability for long-term wear. The open crotch provides convenience and hygiene. The waistband is made with the patented TriFlex™ 3D stretch fabric, which offers consistent, targeted compression, helps combat swelling and sensitivity, and provides antimicrobial protection and moisture wicking to keep the skin cool and dry.
