They are designed to protect the skin, maintain moisture balance, and soften and reduce scars. Thanks to their breathability and flexibility, they are comfortable to use and suitable for long-term application. The patches are reusable, elastic, and come with a backing foil for safe storage after cleaning.

Silicone patches help the scar tissue heal in a controlled environment by promoting proper hydration and breathing of the skin. They reduce excessive moisture loss and prevent the scar tissue from thickening, which lowers the chance of hypertrophic scars and keloids.
Fit
The patches come in a set of 2 pieces and have an outer diameter of 75 mm and an inner diameter of 20 mm. They are made of supple and elastic material that adapts well to the contours of the skin. The patches can be trimmed if necessary to better fit the shape of the scar.
Use
Apply the silicone scar patches daily to the closed wound for at least 12 hours per day. This should be repeated daily for a period of 3 to 12 months. Both the skin and the silicone patches must be cleaned daily. After removing the patches, you can apply a moisturizing cream, for example at night, to support healing.
Sizing and advice
The package contains two silicone patches, each with an outer diameter of 75 mm and a 20 mm opening in the center. For optimal results, wear the patches for at least 12 hours per day over a period of 3 to 12 months. Clean both the patches and the skin daily with lukewarm water and a mild, pH-neutral soap.
