The VD Body BBC Variant is specially designed for use after fat transfer to the buttocks and in combination with various plastic surgical procedures and liposuction. The garment covers the entire back and has non-removable shoulder straps that can be adjusted with 4 rows of hooks and eyes. The leg sections reach below the knees and are finished with soft lace to prevent rolling up.
The garment has a closure with three rows of hooks at the front at belly level for optimal compression in the separate parts. It also features comfortable hygienic openings in the crotch area for easy toilet use, allowing underwear to be worn on the outside of the garment.
The buttock area is covered with light material to protect the transferred fat without compressing it.

The worn clothing will then be too loose, resulting in less compression. This reduces the effectiveness. By wearing a smaller garment at that time, you will again benefit from compression in the correct areas.
