The seamless cups are pre-shaped and feature a double lining for optimal support and pressure distribution. Available in black and white.

Type of fastenings
The bra has a front fastening with a zipper and hooks and eyes, which makes putting on and taking off easier. The shoulder straps are adjustable for an optimal fit. The breast band has a Velcro fastening at the front for easy adjustment of the pressure.

Sizing and advice

The PS Special Set combines the worldwide bestseller among LIPOELASTIC® bras, the PI Special, with the SI formed breast band. The set offers the advantage that the stabilizing band can be easily attached to the bra thanks to the Velcro strip on the back of the bra. The seamless, cotton post-operative compression bra is specially designed for aftercare of various breast surgeries, with a wide rubber and elastic band under the bust to prevent rubbing and irritation. The high neckline provides stabilization of the implants and promotes adhesion to the skin and tissue area. The stabilizing band is comfortable to wear and does not apply pressure to the area around the armpit, thus preventing skin irritation.
