Type of fastenings
Equipped with a hook-and-loop fastener at the front and 4 rows of hooks allowing the compression to be adjusted as desired. This gives the bra the option to adjust compression in three fastening positions.

A new addition to the range of LIPOELASTIC bras. This post-surgical seamless compression bra is designed for all types of breast operations. With a similar cut at the front as the PI ideal, the PI plus bra features reinforcement at the back in the form of a double cross, which encourages correct posture. This bra is specifically suitable for women with larger breast implants from 350 cc. The bra is finished with a special hemming technique that prevents the bra from riding up and guarantees the patient’s comfort. The higher neckline covers the entire bust and stabilises the position of the implants, helping them to adhere to the breast tissue.
