Type of fasteners

With a similar front cut as the PI ideal, the PI plus bra features reinforcement at the back in the form of a double cross, which promotes correct posture. This bra is specifically suitable for women with larger breast implants starting from 350 cc. The bra is finished with a special hemming technology that prevents the bra from riding up and guarantees patient comfort. The higher neckline covers the entire bust and stabilizes the position of the implants, helping them adhere to the breast tissue.
